A distribution engine that runs itself.

Introduction
One recorded hour per week now produces a full quarter of distribution.
Great work, invisible. We built an agent-run publishing system that turns one recorded conversation per week into a letter, a video, and nine short assets — with a human approving, not producing.
The work was deliberately narrow. One positioning decision, one product, one distribution loop — and a refusal to add anything that would need a second person to maintain it.
Results
Fewer hours in. More of it owned.
Output went up eleven times while hours spent producing went down. The bottleneck moved from making to approving, which is exactly where it belongs.
